Exit and Reentry Permit (ERP) or Multiple Exit Re-Entry Permit (MERP) is a permit that allows foreign workers residing in Indonesia to exit and re-enter the country as long as their stay permit is valid. This permit is essential to ensure smooth international mobility for foreign workers who are frequent business or personal travelers.
Document Requirements:
- ERP application letter not returned
- Letter of guarantee
- Scan of passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months
- E-Kitas
- RPTKA
- IMTA
- Flight tickets out of Indonesia
- Departure stamp
Provision
- 60-day period of stay (renewable)
- Staying in Indonesia beyond the period of your residence permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian law may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other prosecution
- This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue
- Please note that the validity period of a visa is different from the period of stay, please check your visa for information on the period of stay
